after 3 times trying to finish it, it's finally finished. or so i hope.

First thing first. I made up the tatts. sorry . Picture taken by me at corner hotel. my 2.0 mgpxl digicam is not doing a great job capturing the moment and the tatts. but i really liked the pic and decided i should vector it anyways.
